Mr. Rickey Oswald, formerly the Senior Vice President of Flight Operations and Fleet Management, has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Thrive Aviation. Rickey joined the company in January 2022 and immediately made a significant impact. With over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, he has successfully developed Part 135 flight departments, held key leadership positions such as Chief Pilot, Director of Operations, and Management Executive. Rickey’s extensive knowledge of the industry and his innovative mindset make him an invaluable leader perfectly suited for his new role.
