A dedicated team in the United States specifically targeting casino hotels has been established by Hotelbeds, a division of HBX Group. With a portfolio of over 300 properties scattered throughout the nation, the company is committed to providing customized strategies and solutions designed for the renowned gambling destinations of Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Reno, Lake Tahoe, and Biloxi.

Gianna Rivera has been appointed as the Head of Strategic Partnerships for North America by Hotelbeds, in order to provide additional support to this emerging business sector. With a strong background in the industry, Gianna has held important positions such as Group Vice President of Distribution & Connectivity at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Deputy Vice President in Sales at Accor Hospitality. Notably, she is also a board member of HEDNA.

Lauren Atlass, Hotelbeds’ Vice President for North America, stated that by creating a new team, they aim to become the preferred partner for casino hotels. This will allow them to provide valuable insights on traveler demographics, expand their customer base from different global markets, and support gaming hotels in attracting business. Collaborating with prominent gaming hotels in the United States will also enhance their offerings in the leisure industry, thereby growing their portfolio and catering to a wider range of travelers.

Hotelbeds will utilize its vast booking data acquired from its presence in 195 worldwide markets to aid its hotel collaborators in better reaching their target customers, benefiting both the properties and travel advisors in expanding their enterprises. Alongside its newly introduced selection of American casino hotels, Hotelbeds also provides customized supplementary amenities such as car rental, global transfers, and diverse experiences throughout the nation.
